Whilst we take the utmost care when packing and shipping your order, sometimes items may get damaged when in transit. We will happily exchange faulty goods. Please return the faulty goods together with proof of purchase to:

If for some reason, you receive the wrong product, we will happily exchange for the correct product order. Please return the incorrect order, unopened and in it’s original packaging to the address above.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and that shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost or return shipping will be deducted from your order.
Once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We recommend using a tracked mail service for your returns. Please allow 10 – 14 days for us to process and exchange your returned item(s).
